How much do you know about Dynasty's newest PIW ensemble?!
In the span of only 9 seasons, Tates Creek Indoor Ensemble has gone from competing in the Scholastic Open division of Winter Guard International, to winning a Bronze Medal in the Independent Open class, and ultimately performing as an Independent World Finalist. TCIE serves the youth of central Kentucky as well as southern Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee where it is an established member of the Tri-State Marching Arts.
Founded in 2004, TCIE has grown into one of the country's top competitive indoor percussion ensembles. Current and former members have gone on to perform with some of the world's greatest organizations, including the Cavaliers, Bluecoats, Madison Scouts, Phantom Regiment, and Santa Clara Vanguard, just to name a few. Over the last decade, TCIE has been a 5 time World Championship Finalist, recipient of the 2009 WGI Independent Open Bronze Medal, and a repeated Gold Medalist for the Tri-State Marching Arts.
TCIE's mission is to inspire students of the Tri-State area to achieve high standards in performance and provide an opportunity for the development and cultivation of life skills through learning music. With a volunteer staff comprised of local educators, TCIE works hard to create a positive learning environment as well as instilling a strong sense of personal achievement, growth, confidence, and work ethic.
