John Carlo C. Obrero
John, grew up in Manila, Philippines. He played drums in his school’s PCS Mini Band on his 3rd grade. Since 1997 he has been the Bandmaster and arranger of a youth band at Don Bosco Youth Center, a non-profit organization for the youth for 13 years. Along with that, John is an active tenor player of the 27th Lancer Drum and Bugle Corps for 5 years. John's youth band has won several school and barrio’s competitions and the drum corps got the title of “Hall of Fame”, National level.


Ramon Opmeer

Ramon is Dynasty Arranger Marching Percussion and Auxilary Percussion for the Jubal D&B Corps Dordrecht, Holland since 1998. Captionhead Percussion of Jubal since 1999. Arranger Marching Percussion for the W?r L? Hannover, Germany 1998 - 2001 and several other German corps. Marching Percussion Clinician. Performing member of Jubal 1991 - 1995, 1997, 2000, 2001 on tenors. Performing member of the Madison Scouts WI 1995 - 1996 on tenors. Ramon has won: 1 DCE Open Class Championship title , 1 DCE High Percussion Award.


Greg Ovenden
Marching Percussion, Dynasty Arranger After with the Blue Devils for 2 seasons, Greg concentrated on arranging and teaching within the UK. He wrote for a Brighton-based corps called Southern Aurora in 1999. In 2000 He was awarded Caption Head of Percussion, with a view to restructuring the methods and styles of the existing percussion members. The year 2000 saw Southern Aurora enter the Drum Corps United Kingdom circuit for the first time. The corps was awarded the High Percussion trophy at the October Championships. The drum line retained the High Percussion trophy at the 2001 DCUK Championships and the corps has continued its success by winning the British Youth Band Association Premier Class Championships for the second consecutive season with a record-breaking score. Greg became a Dynasty Marching Percussion arranger and endorsee in 2001.

Tim Overturf
Tim Overturf got his start in the Bakersfield, California area at a young age. Tim began performing at the age of 4 in church and has since performed with various high school ensembles, world class drum & bugle corps, university ensembles and is continually sought out as a freelance marching percussion instructor and arranger. Tim’s drum corps career as a marching member began with the Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets in 1996 and 1998. He marched with the Blue Knights from Denver, Colorado in 1997, and spent his final marching year with the 1999 D.C.I. World Champions, the Santa Clara Vanguard. Tim co-founded Legends Brass and Percussion Ensemble of Portage, Michigan in 2001. He was on the percussion staff with Dimensions Drum and Bugle Corps in 2002, becoming the caption head and arranger in 2003. He was with the Marion Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps from Marion, OH as caption head and arranger in 2004. Tim was the percussion caption head, staff coordinator, and percussion arranger for the Revolution Drum & Bugle Corps, from San Antonio, Texas in 2005 and 2006. Currently, Tim is the percussion caption head and battery arranger for Capital Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps from Columbus, Ohio. He resides in San Antonio, Texas where he is the Director of Percussion for Floresville I.S.D., handling the percussion curriculum for grades 6-12. Tim is a product designer and proud endorser for Pro-Mark sticks and mallets, and is the designer of the TXDC-11 marching snare stick. Tim is also a proud endorser of Dynasty USA and Remo Drumheads.
